Key decisions
- / 01
Gamification over lecture
Forest-conservation programs usually lead with statistics. We led with a guided play loop where the player makes the conservation decisions themselves. Recall after the session, measured in informal pilots, was materially higher than a slide-deck baseline.
- / 02
Mobile-first, no install friction
Schools and community programs needed to share a single link, not a download. We shipped as a responsive web build with offline-tolerant assets so it runs on a borrowed phone in a classroom on patchy wifi.
- / 03
Indonesian-first language
All copy, narrative beats, and instructional voice authored in Bahasa Indonesia first, with English as a secondary translation pass. The voice belongs to the audience, not to a foreign aid template.

“Morvis Dev took a vague educational brief and built something our facilitators could actually run in a classroom. The kids stayed in the game until the bell rang.”
